About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Trade Supervisor. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for building strong relationships with our trade customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our trade customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience when visiting our stores or contacting us via phone/email.
  • Work closely with our trade customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on our products and services.
  • Take ownership of all aspects of customer interactions, including resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and other relevant information.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, sales) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with trade tools and equipment, preferably with experience in a similar role within the industry.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
