Job Title: Conference and Events Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Conference and Events team at Celtic Manor Resort. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading small teams to deliver daily events, including conferences, meetings, and banquets. You will need to have a good eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead small teams to deliver daily events
* Ensure the highest standards of service are delivered to guests
* Motivate and lead a team to achieve excellent results
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients

Requirements:

* Experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in a 4* or 5* hotel
* Ability to lead a team and motivate others
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet
