Job Title: Conference and Events Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Conference and Events team at The Celtic Collection. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead small teams to assist in the delivery of daily events, including conferences, meetings, and banquets.
  • Supervise staff to ensure that every guest receives the required meal, including managing special dietary options.
  • Brief teams prior to service to ensure everyone is clear in their duties and check areas.
  • Be well-organized, able to prioritize work, and think on your feet as changes often happen with short notice.
Requirements:
  • Experience in leading a team in a hospitality environment.
  • Passion for the industry and delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
