Job Title: Conference and Events Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Conference and Events team at The Celtic Collection. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high levels of customer service and a background in leading a team in a hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead small teams to assist in the delivery of daily events
  • Supervise the delivery of plated meals to a section of tables
  • Manage the delivery of special dietary options
  • Brief teams to ensure everyone is clear in their duties
  • Check areas prior to service
  • Be well organised and able to prioritise work
  • Think on your feet and adapt to changes
Requirements:
  • Experience in a 4* or 5* hotel or a similar environment
  • Passion for the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Professional attitude and high standards of presentation
