Business Development Manager

Join BMS Performance, a leading diagnostic imaging equipment and service provider in Europe, as a Business Development Manager. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to nurture key clinical and commercial relationships within hospitals, dental, and veterinary practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell a portfolio of imaging equipment, including ultrasound, MRI, and CT scanners, endoscope repairs, parts, and more.
  • Liaise with clinicians, radiographers, radiologists, procurement, and finance contacts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow territories, with a focus on new business development and account management.

Requirements:

  • Experience selling imaging or technical capital equipment into the NHS.
  • Strong clinical background as a radiographer/sonographer, or equivalent experience in a commercial sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary: £40,000-£50,000 (DOE).
  • Uncapped commission: up to £40,000.
  • Car allowance: £500pcm.
  • 25 days holiday + stats.
