We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team at Parks Motor Group in Dumfries. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen and talk to customers to understand their needs and build trust and rapport
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Toyota's products and services
  • Match customer needs with the right product and maximize opportunities through features and add-ons
  • Guide customers through the sales process and adapt to their approach and buying strategy
  • Encourage customers to experience the product through test drives
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Maximize sales leads through multiple channels
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide a unified customer experience

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Flexibility to work hours required to carry out the role effectively
  • High standards of verbal and written communication
  • Good level of general education and IT skills
  • Interests that support work-life balance
