As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

About the Role
  • Listen to customers' needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with Toyota's products and services to offer expert advice
  • Maximize sales opportunities through features and add-ons
  • Guide customers through the buying process, adapting to their approach and strategy
  • Encourage customers to experience products through test drives
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently
  • Identify and capitalize on sales leads through various channels
  • Embrace change, new processes, and ideas to continuously improve performance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless service and represent the Toyota brand
What We're Looking For
  • A full UK driving license
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Flexibility to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and participate in occasional travel for work and training purposes
  • High standards of verbal and written communication
  • Good level of general education - at least National 5s in English and Maths and ideally Highers (or equivalent)
  • Good IT skills, (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and social media skills
  • Interests that support your work-life balance
