VAT Manager

TPF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled VAT Manager to join their team of chartered accountants in Maidstone. As a key member of the Indirect Tax team, you will provide a mixed VAT compliance and advisory service to a diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead in specific sectors, dependent on your areas of expertise and interests.
- Gain exposure to marketing and business development, should you wish.
- Provide client updates at physical events and webinars.
- Report into the VAT Partner and have the opportunity for progression to director and beyond.
- Oversee and support junior staff with their work and development.
- Interact with other lines of services, such as tax, audit, and corporate finance.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA or ATT/CTA qualified, or qualified with experience and a strong background in indirect/VAT tax.
- Extensive VAT compliance and/or advisory experience.
Benefits:
- £60,000 - £75,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
