Front of House Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Loungers. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

About the Role

As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of front of house staff, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience, and maintaining the high standards of our restaurant. You will work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets, manage labor costs, and maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of front of house staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage labor costs and ensure that sales targets are met

Requirements
  • Experience in a front of house role, preferably in a restaurant or bar environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
  • Knowledge of sales building, sales and labor forecasts, and paperwork and reporting
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
