People Operations Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated People Operations Officer to join our team at Global Banking School. As a People Operations Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR plans, policies, and procedures that align with the organisation's overall strategy.
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer extensions.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance of employees and students.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a higher education or large organisational setting.
- Solid knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Experience with HR systems, including recruitment, payroll, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Salary and Benefits
As a People Operations Officer at Global Banking School, you can expect:
- $35,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 15 days annual leave, plus 8 public holidays.
- 1-day extra leave per year of service, up to a maximum of 5 days.
