Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
About the role:
You will work closely with our nursing team to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents, and be responsible for supporting our residents with personal care needs, helping them to take part in activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will have a kind, warm, and caring nature, excellent communication skills, and be able to work well as part of a team. You will also have a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to our residents and their families.
We offer a competitive salary of £12.31 per hour, plus a range of benefits including 20 days holiday, life assurance, and access to nationally recognised training courses.
