About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated nurses to join our team at Akari Care, where they will play a vital role in ensuring the highest levels of clinical and medical care to our residents. As a nurse at Akari, you will be responsible for leading a team and mentoring colleagues to create a warm and inclusive environment that promotes dignity and self-respect among our residents.

As part of our cohesive team of internal colleagues and externally qualified professionals, you will have the opportunity to gain a wide range of clinical experiences and develop your skills and competencies. This will enable you to grow both personally and professionally in a highly gratifying environment.

About You:

We are looking for a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions. You should have a caring nature, a proven ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and delegate effectively. Good communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as flexibility and adaptability to changes at short notice.

What's in it for You:

We offer a competitive salary of £20.00 per hour, a welcome bonus of £1,500 (T&Cs apply), and employers' pension contribution of 3%. You will also receive 28 days annual leave (based on full-time hours, including Bank Holidays) and fully funded training and development opportunities.
