**Hello, I am a 31 year old young man with a diagnosis of Congenital Cerebral Palsy and have an associated severe learning disability. I have an exciting opportunity for new team members to join my healthcare team. I live on my own with my care team in Prudhoe. **Hours available**
- I require 1:1 support over a 24-hour period 7 days per week and 2:1 support in accessing the community. I am looking for a PA to join my team to support on a Saturday and Sunday 8.30am to 6pm 3 weeks out of 4 weeks.

**The shift pattern is as follows**:
Sunday one week, then a Saturday and Sunday the next week. Then a whole weekend off then another Saturday and Sunday.
- It’s 47.5 hours every 4 weeks
The job is mainly weekends but can be flexible for the right person.

**I am also looking for bank staff who can support me when my regular PA’s are on holiday or for sickness.**

**Training**
- If you have caring and compassionate qualities, then you don’t need any previous care experience, as you will learn all your new skills in your new role. You will work under supervision until full healthcare training is complete and competencies are signed off by health care professionals.

I would like you to start work as soon as we receive your enhanced DBS check (cost to be met by Employer). You will also be required to cover for staff holidays and sickness when needed.
