Home Instead Tyne Valley are rapidly growing with full time and part time hours available. We are looking for a caring person to support clients in and around the Prudhoe area.

As a Care Professional you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help clients keep their independent within their own home.

**Care Assistant Benefits**:
- ** Excellent pay rates - **from £12.00 per hour, plus _enhanced bank holiday rates_
- ** Full time and part time hours available** - Whether you prefer a couple of hours per week in the evening, weekend or if you are looking for full time, we can accommodate your availability.
- ** Minimum 1 hour calls **- We are different from other care companies and organisations by spending a minimum of 1 hour per client visits to ensure they receive the best possible care.
- ** Refer a friend scheme**: If you refer a friend to work with us, you'll receive a bonus if they stay within the role for 3months +
- ** Mileage and travel time **-** **Up to 45p per mile

**Care Assistant responsibilities**:
Being a Carer is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.
Duties can include:
- Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
- Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
- Accompanying to appointments or shopping
- Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
**Qualifications**:
- A genuine empath, patient, and kind-hearted individual
- Comfortable offering personal care, dispelling stigmas, and promoting independence
- Happy to work every other weekend and use your vehicle for work
- No prior experience required. We just ask for a compassionate heart and a commitment to making a positive difference.
