Academics Ltd is seeking a Sewing and Weaving Instructor to teach textiles in Wandsworth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sewing, weaving, and fabric manipulation, as well as experience in lesson planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that introduce students to sewing, weaving, and fabric manipulation.
- Provide expert guidance on textile techniques, helping students develop their skills through exciting projects.
- Maintain classroom materials and equipment, ensuring everything is in perfect order.
- Evaluate student work and offer constructive feedback that encourages growth and innovation.
To be considered for this role, you must hold QTS or PGCE and have previous experience teaching textiles, ideally across Key Stage 3, 4, and/or 5. You should also be enthusiastic about inspiring students and eager to contribute to their creative journeys.
