A dynamic educator is sought to join the team at Academics LTD in Wandsworth. As a Textile Educator, you will inspire students to explore their creativity through sewing, weaving, and fabric manipulation. This part-time maternity cover role requires a qualified teacher with experience in teaching textiles across Key Stages 3, 4, and/or 5.

About the Role
This role involves delivering engaging lessons that introduce students to various textile techniques. The ideal candidate will be able to provide expert guidance and support students in developing their skills. A key aspect of this position is maintaining a positive classroom environment where students feel inspired and motivated. The successful candidate will also be responsible for evaluating student work and offering constructive feedback.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). Previous experience teaching textiles is essential, and enthusiasm for inspiring students is required. The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
