Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities and Admin Manager to join our team at Macro. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the facilities are well-maintained and safe for use.
  • Manage facility budgets and implement cost-saving measures to optimize resource allocation.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and minimize risks.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with ordering and stock checking for kitchen and cleaning consumables.
  • Support the team with lunch, holiday, and sickness cover for reception and post room duties.
  • Assist with raising purchase orders and managing onsite contractors.
  • Provide technical support for audio-visual equipment and complete required training courses.
