Job Summary

The Trainee Lettings Negotiator role at Barnfields is an entry-level position that offers a comprehensive development and training program in residential lettings. As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will learn all aspects of residential lettings and have the opportunity to develop into a Lettings Negotiator within our fantastic residential Lettings team in Enfield.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and book valuations
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate agreements
  • Agree lets and progress lets through to exchange and completion

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
