We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Lorien. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for documenting the current ways of working, challenges, and pain points of business stakeholders and end-users and working with SMEs to implement new and improved ways of working using M365 and AI solutions.

You will communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders, technology, vendors, and end-users to design, test, and implement M365 solutions. You will also oversee support and feedback to end-users and stakeholders on the adoption and use of M365 and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document the current ways of working, challenges, and pain points of business stakeholders and end-users and work with SMEs to implement new and improved ways of working using M365 and AI solutions.
  • Communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders, technology, vendors, and end-users to design, test, and implement M365 solutions.
  • Oversee support and feedback to end-users and stakeholders on the adoption and use of M365 and AI solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in a M365 environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate and document business needs and requirements.
  • Knowledge of M365 tools and platforms, such as SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform.
  • Estimated salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per annum.
