Job Title: Construction Cost Manager

About the Role:
As a Construction Cost Manager, you will be responsible for providing cost and contract management services to support project planning and delivery of transportation projects in Northern Ireland. You will work closely with the Engineering Project Managers, Client Representatives, and Contractors Representatives to ensure the successful delivery of major capital infrastructure engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide cost and contract management services to support project planning and delivery
* Work closely with the Engineering Project Managers, Client Representatives, and Contractors Representatives
* Develop and maintain a best practice assurance framework for cost and contract management
* Support the Project Delivery Team in developing and maintaining a best practice assurance framework for cost and contract management

Requirements:

* Third level qualification in quantity surveying (degree or equivalent)
* A minimum of 5 years' experience cost estimating and contract administration
* Knowledge of NEC, some hands on experience with NEC will prove beneficial, training will be provided
