A Support Worker is required to provide care and support for adults with autism and associated learning disabilities in a community-based residential care setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, energy and the compassion to care for the people we support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and participation in activities, working closely with colleagues to achieve person-centred goals. Our clients are the UK's leading independent provider of specialist adult care services, aiming to provide the right support in the right home for all the individuals they accommodate.
A competitive salary of £20,000 per annum is offered, along with up to date DBS (Transferable), enhanced disclosure cost coverage, comprehensive induction and commitment to on-going training, 28 days annual leave including bank holidays, online benefits and cashback rewards, cycle to work scheme, SMART childcare vouchers and SMART pension option.
