Job Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the marketing elements of the GTM process, including the creation of sell-in tools, coordination of assets to various regions/BU's, and execution of in-season campaigns with various regions. This role will involve working on trade marketing aspects with direct markets and distributor partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell-in Tools
  • Coordinate the creation of a workbook, pulling together the internal team and agency, and manage updates as required.
  • In conjunction with the brand team, prepare showroom guidelines for local implementation.
  • Deliver all required materials to the team for launch communication.
  • General Marketing
  • Assist in the briefing process for seasonal tools by pulling together sell-in data, products, regional, and functional needs.
  • Manage the centralized marketing calendar to ensure it is current and accurate at all times.
  • Consolidate seasonal brand highlights documents for specific initiatives and as required by licenses.
  • Manage regional POP forecasting and place orders as required.
  • Distributors
  • Consolidate distributor marketing plans and identify local needs.
  • Be the point of contact to deliver creative assets for distributor regions and ensure alignment to key stories.
  • Coordinate signoff of localized implementation of campaign assets with distributor partners.
  • Create distributor-specific monthly highlights.
  • Pull together campaign analysis reports for distributor markets.
  • Ensure distributor marketing projects are reviewed and implemented in line with brand guidelines.
  • Share best practices from direct markets with distributor partners.
Requirements
  • A marketing degree
  • Knowledge of retail and trade marketing practices
  • Experience in implementing marketing projects from planning to execution
  • Experience in customer-facing environments from a B2B point of view
  • A highly collaborative and communicative person, willing to work across different teams and regions, but also individually and in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in managing projects with suppliers
  • Able to comprehend financial data, business analysis, and budgets
  • Able to analyze campaigns and create reports
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks as necessary
  • Able to work on the full Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Willing and able to travel across the UK and EMEA if necessary

Please note that this role is 4 days working in our Milton Keynes office and 1 day working from home.
