Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at The London Clinic. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial support and guidance to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Finance Manager in areas of Audit, including production of Statutory Accounts.
  • Calculate and submit VAT returns for the group and Corporation Tax returns for the group.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights into business performance, identifying trends, variances, and areas of concern.
  • Support the Finance Manager with the month-end close and tasks as required.
  • Prepare various financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including management reports, regulatory filings, and tax returns.
  • Participate in special projects or initiatives as assigned by management, which may involve process improvement initiatives, or other ad hoc tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards in all financial activities.
Requirements
  • Qualified ACA, CIMA, or ACCA.
  • Reconciling accounts, financial analysis.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Team player.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge.
  • Problem-solving.
