Apprentice Commercial Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team in Bromsgrove. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Quantity Surveyors, ensuring the successful commercial delivery of projects within the water sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all commercial aspects of projects, from inception to completion, ensuring accurate financial control and effective project management.
- Lead negotiations and procurement processes with subcontractors and suppliers, leveraging your expertise to secure the best outcomes.
- Monitor project costs and maintain financial control, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the water or civil engineering industry, with a strong track record of commercial delivery and team leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices, with a focus on water sector projects.
