p>CV Library is working with a leading client in the Civil Engineering Sector to find a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team on a permanent basis. This role will be based south of Birmingham and will involve working on Residential groundworks Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work with the project team to evaluate the impact of budget changes.
* Ensure all commercial accountabilities are undertaken in a timely manner, with a high degree of accuracy and measure.
* Forecast monthly and annual profit figures ensuring figures are maintained throughout the lifetime of the project.
* Allocate work to sub-contractors including assistance with procurement when required.
* Undertake site visits to administer the contract in line with project progress.

Requirements:

* BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar commercial related course.
* Highly computer literate including Microsoft Office and confident in managing and working with large data sets.
* Residential Groundworks background ideally.
* Good data interrogation skills.
* Excellent legal/contractual knowledge.
* Valid driving licence.
* Company Car or Car Allowance.
* Discretional Bonus Scheme.
* 23 days holiday, rising to a maximum of 28 days.
* Company pension scheme.
* Group Life Insurance (2X Annual Salary).
