We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team in Bromsgrove. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring contractual control and cost management across a wide range of projects in the West region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all commercial aspects of projects, including contractual control and cost management.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure project delivery and achievement of company goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • GCSEs with a minimum of 7 A-C / 5-9, including Maths and English.
