Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Draftsperson to join our team at Oliver Valves. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating, controlling, and modifying SolidWorks 3D drawings, as well as managing related change protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation, control, and modification of SolidWorks 3D drawings
  • Management of change protocols associated with drawing changes
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy and efficiency
  • Development and implementation of design standards and best practices
  • Identification and implementation of process improvements

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in engineering discipline
  • Mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical principles
  • Working knowledge of 3D CAD software
  • Machine component drafting experience preferred but not essential
