Job Title: Subsea Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Subsea Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Oliver Valves. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing subsea valves and systems that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a focus on subsea applications. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing subsea valves and systems using Solidworks and AutoCAD
  • Generating production machine drawings and general arrangement drawings
  • Coordinating the complete processing of customer orders
  • Providing technical support for subsea sales enquiries
  • Identifying customer requirements and producing technical documents to allow compliance
About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Subsea Mechanical Design Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions. You will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a focus on subsea applications. You will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Full working knowledge with experience on AutoCad LT and Solidworks
  • Some previous relevant work experience with a company within the subsea industry
