About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Manager to join our team at RGH-Global Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for digital marketing. You will be working closely with our technology partners to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales campaigns and achieve revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a sales role, preferably in digital marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possession of a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and technologies

Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
