Job Title: Hygiene Operations Manager

Lead and manage a team to ensure company hygiene standards are adhered to

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement significant change and improvement in cleaning efficiency and effectiveness
  • Liaise with Production, Quality, and Technical Departments to maintain safety and hygiene within the environment
  • Oversee cleaning schedules and manage chemical usage to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Continuous Improvement HR through risk assessments, audits, and root cause analysis for hygiene non-conformities

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum 3 years' experience as Hygiene Manager in a food manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record of managing large teams, driving high-performance standards
  • In-depth knowledge of HACCP, COSHH, and other food safety management systems

Competitive salary up to £65,000 per annum with a generous package
