Job Title: Hygiene Manager

Technical Network Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dynamic leader to take the lead on our hygiene operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance in our facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of 100 hygiene staff to ensure company hygiene standards are adhered to, as well as Food Safety Legislation and Customer Audits.

Key Responsibilities:
• Devise and implement hygiene procedures and continue their improvement so as to meet BRC and retailer audit standards.
• Liaise with the Production, Quality and Technical Departments so that Continued Safety and Hygiene within the environment are assured.
• Ensure that the Hygiene Team works in a safe manner, adhering to COSHH Regulations and Health & Safety protocols.
• Oversee cleaning schedules and manage chemical usage to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.
• Continuous Improvement HR through risk assessments, audits, and root cause analysis for hygiene non-conformities.

Requirements:
A minimum 3 years' experience as Hygiene Manager in a food manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of managing large teams, driving high-performance standards.
In-depth knowledge of HACCP, COSHH and other food safety management systems.
IOSH or NEBOSH desirable but not essential.
