Care Worker

We are seeking an experienced Care Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. Our client requires support with personal care, moving and handling, and social activities in their own home.
As a Social Care Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Providing support with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Assisting with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Engaging in social activities with the client, promoting independence and well-being
This is a Zero Hours Contract opportunity offering flexibility and reliability. You must commit to working regularly each month to ensure continuity of care for our clients.
The Ideal Candidate
- Will have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
- Have a kind and caring nature, with excellent communication skills
- Be flexible and reliable, with a commitment to working regularly
