**Job Description**
We are looking for a dedicated social worker to join our stable team in North Wales. As a LAC Social Worker, you will be responsible for developing and managing care plans that cater to the unique needs of each child in care.
Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with children, ensuring their voices are heard, and advocating for their best interests. You will also work closely with foster carers to provide the necessary support and ensure the safeguarding and promoting the well-being of these vulnerable individuals.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families, while being part of a supportive and collaborative team environment.
**Requirements and Benefits:**
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with LAC cases
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. Additionally, we provide flexible working arrangements, including remote work options, exclusive loyalty bonuses, and a $500 referral bonus for successful referrals.
