About the Role: As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being. Your role will involve:

  • Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Assisting with medication administration and documenting care activities

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a caring nature, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a positive difference in people's lives. You must be 18 years old and have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle. An enhanced DBS check will also be required.
