Field Service Engineer Role

As a Field Service Engineer with the Candy Hoover Group S.r.l., you will be responsible for visiting customers in their homes across Richmond and the surrounding areas, and fixing any appliance issues to get them up and running again. This role requires strong technical and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting customers in their homes to diagnose and repair appliance issues
  • Managing your time effectively to ensure all customers are visited and issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Keeping customers and colleagues updated on your progress and stock levels in your van
  • Working with a range of domestic appliances, including white goods and other electrical items

Requirements:

  • A full, valid driving licence
  • Strong technical and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
