Client Retention Executive

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team in Nottingham and excel in account management. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
You'll work closely with Sales Specialists, Product, and Delivery teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. Key responsibilities will include:
- Retaining and growing a portfolio of approximately 120 accounts, with accurate revenue forecasting and recognition.
- Identifying upsell opportunities through detailed usage reports and optimizing billing processes.
- Maintaining accurate client data in Salesforce, administering NPS surveys, and engaging with clients for feedback.
This is a full-time position with a flexible hybrid working arrangement, requiring at least two days per week in our Nottingham office. The company offers a range of benefits, including pension, Bupa healthcare, Sharesave scheme, and generous annual leave.
The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
