Job Description

The Design Approver will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with airworthiness standards, leading design investigations, and providing T200 design approvals for manufacturing non-conformances. This position requires a proven aerospace engineer with strong technical leadership capabilities and experience with T200 certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex design investigations and provide effective technical solutions
  • Provide expert T200 design approvals for manufacturing issues
  • Mentor and develop engineering team members
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team
  • Manage critical technical issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineering teams
  • Evaluate and ensure adherence to strict airworthiness standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Current or previous T200 Design Approval certification
  • Proven experience in aerospace engineering
  • Strong technical leadership abilities and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work autonomously with excellent time management and quality delivery
  • Track record of successful project completion and excellent problem-solving skills

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
