Job Title: Senior Financial Reporting Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Reporting Manager to join our Accounting and Financial Reporting team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of accounting and financial reporting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the preparation of year-end statutory accounts and pre-audit readiness reviews
* Provide financial reporting advisory and consultancy services to clients
* Manage the working capital of projects, including budgeting, cost management, billing, and debt recoverability
* Ensure resource is planned effectively and team members are briefed appropriately to deliver projects to clients in line with RSM's quality guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

* ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent
* Strong accounting and financial reporting skillset
* Sector specialism, for example Legal, Technology, Manufacturing, Property etc.
* Excellent communication skills with proven experience of building lasting client relationships
* Adaptable and collaborative team player able to work at all levels from trainee to Partner
