Our Business Services and Outsourcing Team

We're looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Manager to join our Business Services and Outsourcing team, who will play a key role in delivering long-term, sustainable value to our clients by providing a range of solutions such as accounting, payroll, and compliance services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise on complex financial reporting matters, ensuring compliance with UK and international reporting standards.
  • Build deep and meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services.
  • Collaborate with senior managers, directors, and partners to ensure effective client service delivery.
  • Identify and communicate complex accounting matters to clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in financial reporting requirements, including UK GAAP and UK-adopted IFRS.

Requirements

  • Qualified ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a management role, preferably in financial reporting or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK and international reporting standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Experience with Caseware & OneSource is desirable.
