Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Children's Welfare Advocate to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work with vulnerable children and their families, making a real difference in their lives.

About the Role
  1. You will support families by undertaking statutory duties for children in need, child protection, and court proceedings, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  2. You will facilitate interventions and permanence planning to achieve the best outcomes for children, working collaboratively with families, social workers, and other professionals.

Requirements

  • A qualified Social Worker with registration with Social Work England.
  • Post-ASYE experience with knowledge of child protection and family support.
  • Strong communication, risk assessment, and decision-making skills.
