Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior colleagues in managing business sales within a project team structure
  • Collaborate with sector professionals and introduce clients to potential buyers, while delivering presentations and attending conferences
  • Estimate business value using accurate calculations and processes
  • Prepare marketing materials, manage inquiries, and negotiate sales
  • Coordinate viewings, process offers, and liaise with key contacts, including solicitors
  • Provide ongoing advice to clients to ensure successful outcomes
  • Utilize our advanced Salesforce CRM system for real-time, accurate reporting
  • Develop a portfolio of business sales across the region
  • Network with industry professionals and influencers
Requirements

Professional Experience

  • Previous experience in an Estate Agency business is desirable
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills are essential
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, are required
  • Knowledge of the property sector and trends is desirable
  • A relevant Real Estate degree is desirable
  • Experience with Salesforce is desirable
