Civil Engineer Leadership Position

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Civil Engineer to lead our civil engineering team in Scotland, UK. This exciting role offers a competitive salary package and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement efficient project management strategies to achieve timely and budget-friendly results.
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers, helping them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering design, project management, and leadership roles.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and AutoCAD software.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
