IC Resources is a rapidly growing company based in Cambridge, specialising in the design and development of wireless communication devices.
We are looking for an experienced Wireless Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing measurement systems for evaluation and characterisation.
Your key responsibilities will include creating scripts for test systems and maintaining detailed, accurate documentation of all measurement results.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of RF concepts, including S-parameters, impedance matching, gain, noise figure.
- Experience with RF test equipment.
- Knowledge of RF measurement standards and compliance testing.
- Ability to understand and interpret schematics and RF system-level diagrams.
- Experience in scripting for test automation.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the development of innovative wireless communication devices.
Please note that due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be required to commute to Cambridge reliably, 4–5 days per week.
