Electronics Design Lead for Wireless Communication Systems

Logik Source is seeking a seasoned Electronics Design Lead to spearhead the research and development of innovative Wireless Communication products in Cambridge.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing Mixed Signal Electronics, High Speed Digital circuits, FPGA implementations, High-end CPU architectures, SoC design, Analogue Design, and Embedded systems across the product lifecycle.
This role requires a background in safety-critical industries such as Automotive, Medical, Defence, or related fields. British citizenship is mandatory, while connections to Canada, US, Australia, and New Zealand are still welcome.
We offer a competitive salary range £80,000 - £110,000, 15% bonus, private medical coverage, and more benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of cutting-edge Wireless Communication products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth
- Develop and implement high-quality Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools and methodologies
- Mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Electronics Design Engineering
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
