Wireless Technology Leader

We are seeking an experienced software Technology Leader to drive commercial growth and innovation in wireless communications systems. The successful applicant will collaborate with business developers to identify technology trends and market opportunities, driving project sales and delivery for world-leading clients. They will inspire their colleagues to develop technology breakthroughs that deliver real value for customers and contribute to the development of the next generation of leaders within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Specifying and designing end-to-end wireless communications systems with extensive experience
  • Leading commercial engagement and new business development efforts
  • Maintaining knowledge of common WAN and PAN communications standards, including 3GPP, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi
  • Understanding cellular design challenges and solutions through end-to-end expertise
  • Mentoring future technology leaders and fostering a client-centric mindset
  • Operating effectively in fee-for-service environments with a passion for developing new technologies
