About the Role

Fugro is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Master to lead our USV operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our USVs, ensuring the safety of personnel, the USV, and the protection of the environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the USV Operators team
  • Work closely with other operational teams to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
  • Implement QHSSE procedures related to USV management and operations
  • Monitor team performance and identify training requirements
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve high performance standards

Requirements

  • Qualified to at least Master 200GRT Unlimited area level or Yacht Master Ocean Certificate
  • Minimum three years' experience in a Maritime management environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in confined and challenging conditions
  • Willingness to travel to sites across Europe and Africa
