About the Role

Fugro is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable USV Master to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety of personnel, USVs, and the environment.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the USV Operators team.
  • Work closely with other operational teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Implement QHSSE procedures and promote a positive safety culture.
  • Monitor team performance, identify training needs, and advise on improvements.

Requirements

  • Qualified to at least Master 200GRT Unlimited area level or Yacht Master Ocean Certificate.
  • Minimum three years' experience in a maritime management environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in confined and challenging conditions.
  • Proficient in English and computer literate.
