About the Role

Fugro NL Services B.V. is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable USV Master to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety of personnel, USVs, and the environment.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the USV Operators team.
  • Collaborate with other operational teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Implement QHSSE procedures related to USV management and operations.
  • Monitor team performance, identify training needs, and promote a positive safety culture.
Requirements
  • Qualified to at least Master 200GRT Unlimited area level or STCW II/3 level.
  • At least three years' experience in a maritime management environment.
  • Significant management experience in a marine and project-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work in confined and challenging conditions.
  • Willingness to travel to sites across Europe and Africa.
