About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Adviser to join our team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our Occupational Health Department, you will provide high-quality, comprehensive Occupational Health services to our clients, including case management, pre-workforce screening, vaccination, and phlebotomy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement national guidance into occupational health policy
- Provide and receive complex or contentious information, requiring motivational, negotiating, empathetic, or reassuring skills
- Work with key stakeholders to build relationships and deliver occupational health services to the highest standards

Requirements
- NMC registered as Specialist Practitioner in Occupational Health with at least five years post-registration experience
- Excellent working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and OH computer systems
- Ability to work at all levels of the organization, building relationships and delivering occupational health services
