Job Description

This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and skilled Operations Support Assistant to join our team in Rugby. As a key member of the maintenance planning team, you will be responsible for supporting the administration of maintenance programs and generating reports.

Main Responsibilities

  • Administer maintenance programs, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports for the maintenance team.
  • Collaborate with Checkproof and SAP systems to integrate data.
  • Contribute to H&S initiatives by collecting and analyzing data.
  • Produce daily and weekly management information for the maintenance team.
  • Provide administrative support during shutdowns.

Requirements and Benefits

  • Strong administration skills and analytical mindset.
  • Advanced Excel user with expertise in data analysis and reporting.
  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
  • Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday.
